How Leadership, School Culture, Collective Efficacy, Academic Self-Efficacy, and Socioeconomic Status Affect Student Achievement

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact instructional leadership and school culture in school-level, academic self-efficacy socioeconomic status student-level on achievement. conducted with 194 teachers 948 students at 30 schools Çankırı province. sample was composed stratified sampling technique considering number schools. In 2017-2018 year, responded Organizational Culture Scale, Instructional Leadership Collective Teacher Efficacy Scale. Additionally, Academic Self-Efficacy For achievement, we used students' averages scores related six courses. We checked five hypotheses analyzed them two-level structural equation modeling. findings showed that status, self-efficacy, collective efficacy had a significant effect students’ average achievement scores. Another result indicated perceptions about principals’ organizational perceptions. Moreover, their perception efficacy.
